At Naazakat, we value the trust you place in us when you shop for jewellery. Each order is prepared with the utmost care and delivered with precision so your experience feels as luxurious as the pieces you receive. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy before placing your order.
1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship only within India.

Deliveries are fulfilled through our trusted courier partners to ensure reliability and timely service.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment. However, we are working towards expanding our coverage soon.
2. SHIPPING CHARGES

Free Shipping is offered on all orders of ₹1,999 and above.

For orders below ₹1,999, a standard shipping fee is applied at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes with a flat ₹120 COD fee, in addition to applicable shipping charges (if any).
3. TYPES OF ORDERS & DISPATCH TIMELINES
Our collections are divided into two categories:
a) Ready at Warehouse Items

These are items already stocked at our warehouse.

They are typically dispatched within 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and secure packaging.
b) Pre-Order Items
-
These are made-to-order or specially sourced pieces.
-
Pre-order items take approximately 2–3 weeks to be dispatched.

The extended processing time ensures careful crafting, plating, and quality checks.
c) Combined Orders

If your order contains both pre-order and ready-at-warehouse items, the package will be dispatched together once all items are available.

This helps minimize shipping costs, reduce packaging waste, and ensure consistency in delivery.

In the future, we may provide the option for customers to choose split shipments.
4. DELIVERY TIMELINES

All the orders are dispatched and delivered in 5-7 business.

Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote or rural areas could take longer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on courier service efficiency.
5. PACKAGING & SAFETY

All Naazakat pieces are packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging to prevent damage or loss during transit.

Fragile items are cushioned carefully, and every parcel is double-checked before dispatch.

In case you receive a package that appears to be tampered with, we request you refuse delivery and contact our customer support immediately.
6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed.

To request cancellation, please reach out to our support team with your order ID.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
7. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via both email and/or SMS.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive the link.

You can monitor your package in real time until it is successfully delivered.
8. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Occasionally, a package may be undeliverable due to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier

Refusal to accept the package
In such cases:

The order will be marked as “Undeliverable” and returned to us.

If you wish to have the package reshipped, the shipping and COD charges (if applicable) will need to be borne by the customer.

If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping and COD fees.
9. DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS
While we strive to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, certain factors are beyond our control:

Festive seasons, public holidays, and high-demand periods may lead to delays.

Courier service disruptions, weather conditions, or logistical challenges may affect delivery timelines.
