Return and Exchange Policy

At Naazakat, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every jewelry piece. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. While most of our products are final sale, we do make exceptions for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please review our returns and exchange policy below.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or not as per your order.

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. After this window, we will not be able to accept claims.

  • To initiate a request, please contact us via email or phone with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear pictures of the product and packaging

    • A short description of the issue

 

2. NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

  • Worn or used jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Custom-made or pre-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Change-of-mind cases (for example: the product looks slightly different from online images, or personal dislike of design/color) will not be accepted. Please note that minor variations in tone, finish, or detailing are natural to jewelry and do not qualify as defects.

 

3. OUR PROCESS

Once your return/exchange request is verified:

  1. Our team will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address at no extra cost.

  2. The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and invoices included.

  3. After inspection, we will confirm whether the return/exchange is approved.

 

4. REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

  • If approved, you may choose between:

    • Refund to original mode of payment (credited within 7–10 business days after product inspection), or

    • Store credit that you can use for future purchases. Store credit may come with special discounts or offers, making your next purchase even more rewarding.

     

  • Exchanges will be processed only for the same product (subject to availability). If unavailable, you may opt for store credit or refund. Exchanged product will get delivered in 5 to 8 days.

 

5. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

  • If you receive an item that is broken, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will prioritize your request and ensure a quick resolution through either a replacement, exchange, or refund.

  • Please provide clear images to help us process the claim efficiently.

 

6. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Naazakat will bear the cost of return shipping for eligible returns and exchanges. You will not be charged for courier pick-up in such cases.
