At Naazakat, your trust means everything to us. While we strive to deliver each piece with care and precision, we understand that unexpected issues may arise. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed. 

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or not as per your order.
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. After this window, we will not be able to accept claims.

The exchange products will get delivered in 5 to 8 days to the respective address. 

2. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

We are unable to process refunds in cases where:

  • The jewelry has been worn, used, or altered.

  • The order consists of custom-made or pre-order items, unless defective or damaged.

  • The return/exchange request is raised after 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The customer requests a refund because of minor variations in color, polish, or appearance compared to product images. These are natural differences and not considered defects.

 

3. REFUND OPTIONS

Once your return request is verified and approved, you may choose:

  • Refund to Original Mode of Payment

    • Amount will be credited back to the same payment method used during purchase.

    • Credit time: amount is credited 5-8 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

     

  • Store Credit

    • A credit note equal to your refund value will be issued.

    • Store credit is valid for future purchases on our website.

    • As a token of appreciation, store credit may come with additional discounts or offers, making it a rewarding choice.

     

4. REFUND PROCESS

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID, pictures, and issue details.

  2. Once approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up at no extra cost.

  3. After inspection at our facility, your refund will be processed in the method you choose.

  4. You will be notified via email and SMS once the refund is initiated.

 

5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

  • If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times may vary.

  • If the issue persists, kindly contact us at support@naazakat.com with your order details, and our team will assist you.
