Q1. What kind of jewelry does Naazakat offer?
Naazakat offers demi-fine, anti-tarnish, hypoallergenic, gold-plated jewelry designed for everyday elegance and luxury appeal.
Q2. Will my jewelry tarnish?
Our pieces are designed with anti-tarnish coating, making them durable and long-lasting when cared for properly. However, like all jewelry, gentle handling and storage will help maintain their shine.
Q3. Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making it safe for sensitive skin.
Orders & Payments
Q4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for select pin codes with a flat ₹90 fee.
Q5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order is processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Ready at warehouse items: Dispatched within 3 business days.

Pre-order items: Dispatched within 2–3 weeks.

Once dispatched, delivery takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is shipped.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Q10. Do you accept returns?
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or wrong items. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures.
Q11. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, if your product arrives damaged or defective, you may choose an exchange (subject to availability) or opt for a refund/store credit.
Q12. How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed either:

Naazakat covers all return shipping costs for eligible returns.
